2. Accuracy of Site Information & Sizing Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, harness girth measurements, fountain tank fluid capacities (liters/oz), and pricing. Pet sizes vary greatly by breed and fur density; pet owners are strongly urged to measure their animal's neck and ribcage girth accurately prior to order placement. Bori Paws reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Pet Restraint Safety & Non-Veterinary Disclaimer

Restraint & Leash Safety Notice: Pet harnesses are designed for walking control and gentle pull dispersion across the chest; they are not certified vehicular crash safety restraints unless specifically rated for vehicle seatbelt anchorage. Regularly inspect clips, D-rings, and stitching for damage before outdoor walks. They are not medical veterinary devices or clinical orthopedic treatments and are not guaranteed to heal canine hip dysplasia, arthritis, or neurological conditions. Bori Paws is not liable for escaped animals resulting from improper harness sizing, chewed electrical fountain cables, or veterinary injuries resulting from aggressive pet chewing or improper equipment use.
